In essence, we experience more of the thoughts and experiences that perpetuate the nature of our attitude. So adopting and cultivating good attitudes goes a LONG way in creating a more joyful life. Clearly good attitude=good results.
Backed by Scientific Evidence
This isn’t a pie-in-the-sky recommendation I’m making here. There is scientific evidence that validates the benefits of positive feelings. Here is information from the HeartMath Solution by Doc Lew Childre and Howard Martin:
“Recall a positive, fun feeling or a time you’ve had in life and try to re-experience it… Remember the feeling you had, such as joy, appreciation, care, compassion, or love. In the lab experiments, it’s been shown that experiencing these core heart feelings is what provides regeneration to the nervous system, the immune system, and the hormonal system, facilitating health and well-being. And these positive feelings also assist us in seeing the world with more clarity, discernment, and balance.”
If there is scientific evidence, don’t you think it’s worth practicing good attitudes? Good attitude=good results.
Give it a try! Good attitude=Good Results
Make an effort to focus on the good things in your life. Spend three to five minutes per day focusing on the things you love and enjoy. For me, recalling the wildlife I’ve captured through the lens of my camera brings me waves of joy. This practice can help you feel more at peace and can help improve your overall health.
